We live with our family in the quiet of the Berkshire countryside, half way between Bath and London, in the middle of England.

One hour from London, Heathrow airport is 45 minutes away. Half an hour from Oxford and Winchester, in easy reach of Henley, Marlborough, Stratford upon Avon, Salisbury and Windsor. In between them rolling country, villages, gardens and historic sites from Stonehenge to Blenheim.

All around there are horse racing, polo, literary and art festivals, regattas, theatres, museums. Any sport is on tap, along with riding, canoeing, sailing, shooting, fishing.

People come and stay here to improve their English and study, which they combine with trips.

Others just stay and visit places. Guests treat the house as their home, they come and go as they wish.

We teach English for business or any other use, as well as literature, history and other cultural fields. Our clients are of all ages, from business people to students.

Our experience comprises thirty years in business, working in countries worldwide. Fluency in Spanish and French, with basic Arabic. Teaching and private tutoring in Britain and abroad.

We are ideally positioned for both types of visitor, surrounded by any number of places to see while at the same time set in peaceful countryside where people can study and learn.
